The Beef Wellington- a classic dish that is guaranteed to deliver a very satisfying meal! Juicy and flavourful beef tenderloin, wrapped in a mushroom duxelle and a buttery puff pastry that is made here at Patisserie G! This is all baked to a golden brown perfection which is hard to resist!

To best enjoy your wellington, preheat your oven to 200 degrees celcius, heat for 10 minutes, and enjoy!
